Residential Supervisor (Bryn Mawr, PA)

We have an exciting job opportunity in a unique environment at our New Foundations/YALE program.  YALE is a residential program designed for transitional aged youth (18-22 years) with mental health diagnoses.  Both residential and psychiatric rehabilitation services are offered on-site. 

The Residential Supervisor will supervise/mentor staff and provide oversight, guidance and structure to the eight participants in conjunction with CRR and Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation regulations.

Successful candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with at least three years of experience in residential and a strong supervisory background.  Experience working with transitional aged youth and managing crisis situations is a plus.  Knowledge of PA CRR and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Regulations is strongly preferred.  Candidates who are Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioners will be prioritized.  Candidates without this certification will be provided training, if hired, and expected to attain certification within one year. Candidates should have a valid driver's license, ability to perform in a values-based, team centered environment and the desire to provide the highest quality of care.

The required schedule is 12 p.m-8 p.m Monday through Friday.  Candidate will be expected to be on-call one week per month. Salary range is $40,000-$45,000 depending on experience and qualifications met above.Competitive salary and excellent benefits.
